How do I view offline maps?

In settings I went to system and then offline maps. I downloaded a map of Guatemala. I disconnected from the internet. I click on the map I downloaded but nothing happens. How do I view the maps?

Open up the app called "Maps." then you can simply type in "Guatamala."
