How Do You Add Groups to the Start Screen

Does anyone know how to add groups to the Start Screen? I presently have 4 different groups and I can rename the groups, but I don't know how to add additional groups. I would like to add additional tiles to my start screen but want to keep them organized.

Just drag any shortcut or tile to an empty space a little bit further from existing groups. Bright stripe will indicate that you're about to create new group. After that, you can drag and rename it.
