How do you dial out from the Asus TF600TL (T-Mobile)?

All setup done properly, but I don't see any "Phone" application installed. Thank you!

the asus is a windows rt tablet, and not windows phone. to make a phone call from it, you'd have to use an app like skype or some such service. there is no native phone app.
