How do you like B2x support?

I have had a very bad experience with B2x and want to know if I am alone or are others facing similar issues.

Only dealt with them once (not my choice) and it was terrible. One way communication and that was it, provided no answers whatsoever.

I only used them briefly and the whole experience was bad. I didn't even bother speaking to them directly because I know they do not really care. I ended up solving my problem myself.
