How do you make + and = using Windows Phone's keyboard?

I can't seem to find how to make a + sign or = sign anywhere on Windows Phone's keyboard. Save me, por favor.

+ and = are in the numbers and symbols keyboard. Tap the numbers at the bottom near the spacebar to switch the keyboard, tap the arrow that replaces the shift key to get the next "page" the + and = are there.

Bottom left corner of the keyboard there's &123. Click on it. There's an arrow pointing towards the right for more options. That's where it is

+=! Thanks! For some reason I had always just thought that was a Shift button and had, apparently, never pushed it. Seems like such a stupid question now but this has been absent from my knowledge for a year now. Glad that's over.
