Your Microsoft Account is not syncing, most likely. (you could verify manually by going to Settings > email + accounts and holding down on the Microsoft Account name > when the popup happens > select sync and see if you get an error)
If you can't Sync your Microsoft Account, make sure the date and time are correct.
Try toggling Data Sense to Off and then see if you can sync your Microsoft Account.
Have you changed the email address or password to your Microsoft Account through another portal such as a computer?
You may have to do a Hard Reset. This will erase your data, but you can restore from backup when you run setup on the phone. Do a web search for "<phone maker name> <phone model name/#> Hard Reset" and follow the instructions.
