How Gadgets app work in 15014 in Mobile?

I have some trouble to connect my wired headphone by Gadgets app. When open the app, it shows the home page of Gadgets app, and when I tap on Plus (+) sign, it opens the bluetooth category, but nothing shows in there. What should I do?
