Hi, I'm assuming you want to upgrade from WP8.1 to Win10 mobile.
First download the 'Upgrade advisor' app from the store and run it.
This will show if you are eligible for the official update.
If the app shows you are, then enable the upgrade in the app and check for updates in settings > update phone.
