How import VCF file to Android Phone

Hey, Some VCF File stored in Windows PC, want to import these VCF Contacts into my Andriod Phone. How can I do this so that view these contact details? Also, some contacts are stored in .xls format list.

To Import, first move VCF (Virtual Contact File) file from PC to your Android phone, now connect your phone to PC using data cable and then move the VCF File into the storage location of the phone, use the import option in Contacts Section and browse the location of VCF file to add file into your android phone. If the contacts list details stored in XLS from, then you have to convert excel to VCF format first, then follow the above process again.
