Don't think there are any limits as such. I think its more limits on how many devices an app can be installed on.

Windows 8.1/RT has a limit of 81 installs for example. Meaning you can install the same app on 81 systems.

No its not. MS set it on purpose apparently in relation to 8.1 OS version.

I think this is relating to PC though.
