How may I restore function of "Change Adapter Options?"

[Windows Central Question]

I have and Acer Aspire Desktop PC with win 10 complete install.

My Wifi started out working but later became flaky and stopped working.

Clicking the "Change Adapter Options" link causes the system to hang and a windows temporary shutdown and restart.

Repairing Lan_Realtek_1032_W10x64_A Driver didn't help. Neither did the suggestions given for the missing WiFi problem

Please help
