I am downloading it from a debug option named Download Emulator but am unable to complete it although I checked the system requirements. It is Windows 8.1 Pro, 64 bit, 4GB RAM, and also checked the BIOS settings using coreinfo -v command which provides this output:
HYPERVISOR-Hypervisor is present VMX * Supports Intel hardware-assisted virtualizationEPT * Supports Intel extended page tables (SLAT).
But I'm also getting an error:
The Computer does not support the Windows Phone emulator, which requires 64-bit edition of windows 8.1 pro and a computer that supports Hyper-V.
Any help would be appreciated.
