I can't find this features anywhere. Press and hold the offending number doesn't bring up the option.

I'm running latest OS and firmware but not on DP.

Thanks!

This isn't a built in feature and is only available on the Lumia devices (to my knowledge, I don't believe any other OEMs had implemented this). I believe that if you have a specific number in mind though, you should be able to block them by calling Verizon - it's been a few years since I've had to do this, but blocking numbers at the carrier level was possible

Go to SETTINGS > call+SMS filter there you can block numbers.
I am on CYAN + P4D
If you do not have it than it's a 8.1 update 1 function.
So you have to what for DEMIN or use P4D

This is an HTC phone. It will never get cyan or denim. Go to your Verizon settings web page and find the place where you can add phone numbers to block. You can only do it on the web, not on the phone.
