How to boot from a usb stick on the Surface 3?

I have acronis true image I use on a usb stick that I bootup from my main gaming pc by pressing F8 then choosing the usb stick to backup images.

How do I bootup from the usb stick on my Surface 3 so I can create a image of it ?
