How to buy paid apps from store?

I am unable to purchase any paid apps from store even if i am providing correct details of debit visa card of SBI. Any solution?

Does your store region match with the region that your Visa card is from? I hear that this can be an issue sometimes.

Hmm, I wonder if there's a store issue right now. I have seen a few more people post about not being able to buy from the store as well. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
