How to cache on Windows phone maps, webpages?

It's very useful to have phone that can have saved satellite maps and webpages when offline. Unfurtunatelly it's annoying that such information can be stored only temporarelly and is forgotten quickly in Lumia 640. Are there Windows phone 10 apps that hard save satellite images and websites?

Use Google Chrome app and when you find a website you like tap the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen a choose download off the drop down. These downloaded page should stick around in your Google downloads folder until deleted and can be viewed offline.

There is no Google Chrome on Windows Phone.
