How to change Homepage in IE WP8

It currently takes me to a random auto tuning website? Why?

It's the last thing you had open when you were on IE. There's no homepage, as it uses fast resume. Just use favorites if you want to quickly access your favorite pages.

I never even opened such website...and it always returns me to this site lol

This is my 3rd Lumia 920 and it's always done this

Akin, you always close all open tabs and back out of IE with a fresh "new" tab, huh. Yeah. I got you..

This issue is all a part of MS policy. Its an ad. Part of the location information that gets collected is meant to provide us with Regional advertising, also if you allow MS to collect usage info. Ads/suggestions will then be highly targeted to you based on your likes as percieved by your usage. Its all part of the Privacy Statement. You just need to tell them you want that anymore.

No worries, I did this forever ago with my Radar. And no problems on my new 8X either. Once and done.

Sorry I'm kinda new, I clicked opt out but it says for "this device" which is my computer, how do I get it done for Mobile?

On any computer or device is the option. This is wholly to not get the ads on you.
