How to change 'primary' syncing devise? Multiple laptops....

Hi all,

So I've got two Windows 8.1 laptops and a Windows phone. I want to know how to change which laptop becomes the one the rest follow in terms of colour scheme personalisation changes. Ie - which is the 'primary' devise the other ones sync from?

I can't seem to find that information anywhere.

I not sure any one device becomes primary, I was under the impression, if you make a change on any device it'll propagate down to the others in whatever order...
