How to change the default Notification Sound

I have an Elite X3 with AU and I'm not able to change the default Notification Sound.

In Personalization/ Sounds I can change the ringtone, but not the Notification.

I can change the Notification Sound per App, but it seems that there is no way to change the Default One.

Any Idea ?

This would be notification tone for what exactly?
In notification settings I can see notifications for each app or service and hence change them according to my taste. So for messaging or alarms or phone etc

The only sounds that can't be changed are the system sounds in settings > personalisation > sounds
