How to come back 8.1 from windows 10

Can i come back to 8.1 if their is some problem in new technical preview of windows 10

There is a recovery tool issued by Microsoft which should get your phone back to windows phone 8.1 version but do note that all your data will be erased i.e. your phone will hard reset back... But you can get all your apps back by restoring your Microsoft account... Back up your data in setting before proceeding.
