how to contact with app publishers ?

hi ı bougth terraria but on lumia 1320 game overheating and than phone turn off ı want a redeem or an update so ı need to contact with publisher any idea ?

Now developers can talk with others through rating... you can leave a comment there and someone may answer you...

Most apps I use usually contain contact information in the settings, about or other section with the apps.
