How to copy all settings and files from old admin to new admin

I want to delete my old admin account and create a new one is there any way to copy all settings and files (photos,videos & music) to new one (move to new user) it is nearly 70 to 75 GB I just want to do this because I can't rename my old admin account folder if there is any way please tell me ?

Yes, the easiest way is to go to the your old admin directory in C:\Users and open up another file explorer window then open up your new username and then simply just copy the photos, videos and music folders into your new user name directory.
