How to copy movie from WP to Surface without network.

So I'm sitting on the the plane with no wifi and no usb cable and I want to copy a movie from my Windows Phone to my Surface. This seems like it should be easy, but I can't find any way to do it. I tried bluetooth, but it's way too slow. Both devices have wifi so I feel like it should be easy. I have done this with apps from android phone to tablet before. I'm not a apple fan, but I bet they have a way too.

The only way the phone can communicate something like that is with a Cable, WiFi, or Bluetooth. Since you have eliminated the first two, Bluetooth is the only option unless you have a micro SD card and your phone is compatible.
