how to disable camera functionality completely

In my new work phone with camera is not allowed and I am using lumia 730 and how can I disable camera functionality completely? I tried to uninstall camera app but it is in built app so it didn't worked

are you using windows 10 mobile?

If yes, go to settings >privacy >camera - disable all toggles for camera
Do the same in settings > privacy > other devices > switch off any camera app

try updating to windows 10 instead: go to store, download upgrade advisor app and use it to get windows 10 mobile
