how to downgrade lumia 520

i have with me the original OS files downloaded previously by nokia software recovery tool.. how can i use them to downgrade my lumia 520.. without downloading all that 1.25GB files..(I use mobile data)

Try going to Nokia store and ask them to downgrade your OS. That's the only possibility unless you download the files for 1.29GB
