How to download alerts/ringtones off the phone?

I like some of the alerts and ringtones on 950, and want to use it for other devices. How do you copy them? When plugged the phone into a PC, I can't find it on the explorer. Any suggestions?

Download the windows phone app for desktop from the store app, open the app and connect your phone via USB to you computer and then copy the songs in your pc that you want as ringtones to the ringtone folder in your phone
