how to download apps in lumia 520

[Windows Central Question]

I don't have a sim in it but i have wi-fi connection when i will start to download after some the response is .The microsoft account is unavailable at moment please try again later

check your internet connection if it is working fine. Next if you have done a hard reset , you need to put in a sim for the activation of the device.Also check your Microsoft account and try to sync it manually.
