how to download files on IE 11

I want to download some ppt files thru ie 11 for windows phone. anybody has an ideas how to save word docs, and ppt files fronthe browser into SD card, phone can get it in files app from Microsoft. Can anyone tell me the process.???

Not sure about IE but you should be able to save them with UC browser. juts click on the file and it will ask if you want to open or save file

okay will try uc browser. but will internet explorer ever be able to do that stuff.
