How to farm infected trophies quickly in Dying Light 2

Infected trophies are important resources and you're going to need a lot of them. Here's how to efficiently farm them.
The crafting system in Dying Light 2 isn't particularly complex, but it does make use of a wide range of materials and other resources. Filed under other resources are Infected Trophies, which mostly you'll need to upgrade your blueprints at a Craftmaster. Though some mods will also require them.
Infected Trophies come in different "rarities" as well, with the higher grades dropping from more difficult enemies. Makes sense. But mostly you'll want a truckload of the lower tier ones to upgrade blueprints, and that means killing a ton of zombies.
