How to get all of Riptide GP Renegade's 'Easter eggs'

Riptide GP: Renegade is the latest in Vector Unit's series of arcade-style water racing games. Not only does it feature lengthy career and multiplayer modes, it also has nine collectible "Easter eggs" to find throughout the game.
