Real Soccer and Real Football have separate achievement lists, making double points possible...
1. Go into Settings> Language + Region
2. Change your region to somewhere in Europe (I went with the United Kingdom for simplicity)
3. Restart your phone by using the restart button that appears (MUST USE THE BUTTON ONSCREEN AND NOT THE NORMAL ON/OFF BUTTON)
4. Go into the Marketplace
5. Search Real Football 2013
6. Profit!
You can also use this method to get Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
Note that Millionaire is a paid app and you also have to change your region to Mexico or some other country not in the U.S Area.
