hi there i got a problem with my device i got the purchase receipt and the information account but the thing its that i been take the protection off and just recive a email with a confirmation that my device has the protection off , in my device ask me for the recovery key i dont know what to do i have everything from my device since i buy it , i already call to microsoft support but they dont want to help me at all.
so if someone can help me with some information ill be so thankful
