How to get rid of weird marks on bottom of Surface 3?

I have these weird scratch marks (?) that I noticed on the bottom of my 4 day old surface 3. Do you all know how to get rid of them? They're not 'real' scratches but when I wiped them they didn't go away.

*real meaning that you can't feel the scratch on the laptop, they're like surface marks*

This doesn't look like a Surface tablet of any kind that I've known or seen, and I've had 4 and still own 2. Don't even see a stand hinge which every Surface tablet has featured, and I've never seen a black Surface 3, which I would have liked (though not a marred one :wink.
