How to get Windows 10 Hello to work with Tobii EyeX?

I purchase an install Tobii Eyex, which is suppose to work with Windows 10 Hello for facial login. I install all of the software and the EyeX device works great just the option to setup facial recognition within Windows 10 is missing. I even upgrade to Windows 10 Anniversary, and the setting menu state " No windows hello device available"

The support folks at Tobii suggested I remove all of the software and register settings and do a clean install.

I just want to see if anyone else had experience the issues discussed.
