Currently, the installer doesn't have a way to download and create an ISO or bootable drive for ARM. If you're someone who has a Samsung Galaxy Book Go, any ARM supported PC, then read this blog post I made here. It should help you create one.
I was able to get my Samsung Galaxy Book Go upgraded to Windows 11 last night. Took about 8 hours of trial and error, but I figured it out. Requires an external drive. It is not bootable. I didn't try creating an ISO or bootable image.
