how to increase or decrease volume without using volume keys?

I'm afraid not. Have you checked if the back cover is on correctly, or are the buttons physically broken? You can also try a soft reset by removing the battery for a short while.

You can also use a wired headset that has volume buttons on it. Plug it in and control the volume.
