How to install app form SD cards ?

i have some app in my sd card but i dont know how to install then as like android i was taped but showing error " there is a problem woth this company app. contact your company's support "

If they are xap files then go to store and tap the ( . . . ) an option to install apps from local storage will show up.
You cannot execute xap files directly via file browser.
