How to install from local storage in windows 10 mobile?

How to install from local storage in windows 10 mobile build 10166?
Can't seem to find the place to that.
In windows phone 8.1 it's situated in the store.

Try to use the app File Explorer.
Find the "app" with file explorer and then there should be an option to install the app.
