How to install HTC apps on Nokia Lumia..???

Anyone here know how to install HTC ans Samsung apps( HTC app and Paperartist) on a Nokia Lumia. I also want to install Nokia refocus..? Plz help..!!

There was a method by using proxy...don't know if it still works ..!!

Anyways I don't think there is any HTC exclusive app which you will miss on lumia.. the clock tile from HTC won't work
