Download the above ISO given, burn it to a blank DVD and make sure it is bootable. Then insert the DVD, restart your PC (make sure your PC is set in BIOS to boot from DVD as first device) and that should boot off the DVD and start the Windows installer. From there you can choose a clean install, format your hard drive and install Windows.

When will the 256gb version of surface go be available in US retailers? And what will be the MSRP?

It seems already available at places like Best Buy. So I imagine it must be available at other US retailers too?
