I have a 40" Vizio TV, model E40-C2. I am unsure how to get Windows 10 to recognize this as an HDCP compliant panel? I cannot play movies in HD on Vudu.com due to this error. I figure I needed to get some drivers installed and this get panel off of "Generic PnP Monitor" drivers, but I do not see any Windows drivers listed on the Vizio website for this model. https://support.vizio.com/s/article/E40-C2-Model-Information?language=en_US.

Thanks for any help with this!

How are you connecting the TV to your Windows 10 PC? Are your graphics card drivers up to date?

This blog post is old, but it contains some useful information:
