How to manage background tasks on Lumia 535?

How do you manage (turning it on or off) background tasks on Lumia 535?

Can't locate this function under Battery Saver or Settings.

Did MS removed it in Denim?

It is right there under battery saver. You might have to swipe left. I use a 730(denim) it surely is there
