how to open nar type photo files on Notebook pcs using Windows?

I've uploaded some photos from my Nokia Lumia 1020 that had nar as the file type but couldn't get them opened on my notebook pc running Windows 10.

Hi, apparently you can rename the file to a .zip and open it.
It is discussed in the post below from the Microsoft forums.
