How to overcome duplicated folder name when moving local folder to OneDrive?

After moving my pictures folder to my onedrive collection I got an error message (shown in the image bellow)

Tried to sync a folder without its contents with no success....

I created an empty folders inside the duplicated and synced them as contents...it works
is there any other way?

You were trying to copy the folder and add the new files only? Or replace everything there?

nope, just changing the location of some folders
