How to read aloud (integrated TTS) any text content?

Hey everybody,

Apple devices have very useful feature - read aloud web content, pdf doc... anything that is opened now (but it is necessary to turn-on this function in the settings). Process starts by simple gesture by 2 fingers from top of the screen to down.

I had spent whole evening yesterday for research how i can do similar actions in Surface pro 3 (Win 10), but it vainly.
Does anybody know how start read aloud content? Narrator usually reads only 1 paragraph and stops

I use Read Aloud from the Windows App Store:

It does what I need it to do. Maybe it will work for you.
