How to remove AT&T address book?

I do not use AT&T in my lumia 1520... Is there is a way to remove their address book? It came from the WP 8.1 image.

Find it in your list of apps, long press and select uninstall.

It is already uninstalled all AT&T apps, is just that the address book is there. I tried pressing, holding to see if an option will pop up to uninstall it but nothing show up.

You might have a chance to flash the rom to an English one as AT&T doesn't exist here and it should give you a fresh rom without that
