How to restore in-app purchase?s?

I just brought an in-app purchase in the Windows Phone version of adobe photoshop express, which is a universal app on windows and wp. What I can't work out how to do is how to unlock the same in-app purchase in the windows version of the app. If I click buy it says I have to pay the ?1.99. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You should contact the developer of the app on that. If the app is really a universal app then this should work, unless the developer made a mistake. But maybe he made different in-app items for both versions on purpose, who knows...
