How to revert the changes I have made while trying to change my Windows 10 default font?

I wanted to change my Windows 10 default font and unluckily I come to this site. I just tried the trick mentioned here and replaced the "Enter New Font Name" with "Harrington".
When I restarted my PC, I am now not getting the " enter password" screen.

I am just unable to access my PC.

Please someone just help me...

If you can't click the circle with the initials to initial the password screen, then you will have to create a winpe boot usb. I won't list the steps here as it be used to remove other people's passwords as well.
