I have installed latest build of Windows 10 on Lumia device. I need to downgrade to lower build of Windows 10. How to do that?

Nothing will roll you back to a lower build of 10.
If you reset the phone you stay on the build you are currently on. If you use the WDRT you go back to 8.1.

That's not entirely correct. If the OP has a phone that came with W10, WDRT will flash W10 onto it.

Not accurate, you will go back to w10m 10586 branch. It will not go any further than that.

Right, I did it last week on my 950, 10586, then updated to 14393, and finally 15063.
