how to run an android app on my windows phone 950xl

There are some apps that are only available toe run on an android or iphone.
Could my 950xl handle it?

no of course not, windows phone and android phones are 2 different operating systems...

It is not possible to run Android or iOS apps on Windows 10 Mobile. You'll need to contact the developers and ask them to build a Windows 10 Mobile app or use a secondary device such as an Android tablet or iPad.
